The voluntary examination of our in-house systems like FIAS (Financial Information and Accounting System) and ABE (Aggregation and Billing Engine) underscores our strong commitment to making security a central focus of our ongoing development efforts and protecting the safety and integrity of customer data. As such, the credentials of our core systems has been independently vetted against relevant statutory and legal requirements.

The review carried out by KPMG focused on the following aspects in particular:

• Assessment of the project and test management process and prepared documentation
• Assessment of the billing, accounting and payment processing of usage transferred from the client’s to our systems with regard to complete, correct and timely processing of the data
• Assessment of the month-end closing activities carried out for the client’s entity
• Assessment of the accuracy and completeness of processed data, transferred via the interfaces of client’s internal and external systems
• Assessment of the quality, design and effectiveness of applications implemented and general IT controls
